Sitting in front of computer too long is not healthy. Everyone knows that. Sometimes I develop shoulder pain cause I just can't leave the work that I have. To relieve the pain, I'll eat medicine or ask my Mum to help me massage with the oil treatment. :P
Little do I know that I can actually release the pain by stretching. Chest stretch to be exact. I've seen a friend of mine did that before and it seems to be pain. But I doubt it, until I read a post on workoutiq. Stretching really works!
